click on any thumbnail picture for a larger version with captions There always seems to be a house project going on with us!  I have always enjoyed designing and building things and we've spent many a weekend doing that.  The goal is to one day get everything just the way we want it, so that at some point we can just relax and enjoy it all ... probably in retirement at this pace.  Some of the projects such as the patios, shed, and covered deck on the new house were artistic in nature and involved a lot of intricate steps to build, so we documented the build process for them below.
