We hired a local contracting firm, Westhill, to do all 3 of our remodel projects.  Doing all three at once using the same firm saved us a substantial amount of money over the other bids we received.  While Westhill is doing the master bathroom remodel upstairs and the fireplace mantel addition, they also begin to stage the wall where the entertainment center will go.  The prep was mainly repositioning the electrical wiring where the TV and stereo component cabinets will go and the upper wire for lights in the center upper cabinets and those lights switch. This wall used to be home to an old antique amour that I had turned into our stereo, CD, DVD and VCR cabinet, we also had an antique bookcase on this wall that I had organized for CD storage.
