The peak was steep!  I got my money's worth out of the metal 2x6 plank holders as they made a nice seat for the incline work.  Here I'm taking a shovel with a serrated blade to the old roofing material ... even with the roofing shovel it was still quite a chore to get off all four layers of old shingles.
