Here I have removed the old door and took a circular saw and a pry bar to the the old door frame and threshold to remove them.

The new fiberglass door and frame to its right sit in the background waiting for their new home.

Notice the gray tarp over the top of everything.  Doing this in October presented the challenge of dealing with the weather and unpredictable rain showers.
