I wired, insulated, hung lights and added plywood walls inside the shed.  Outside I added some lights on either side of the entrance doors and hung the doors ... they are now stained to match the siding.  Unfortunately (as expected) the roof shingles weathered gray over the winter so they're not  the pretty cedar color they were last year.  Still have the window over the door to finish yet.
