The firepit area in the southeast corner of the yard begins to take shape.  We have a 3 foot wide by 2 foot deep cement culvert pipe that will soon get buried to ground level toward the back of the stone terraced flower bed area to serve as the firepit.  I also have a half dozen 6 foot sections of downed trees to use as benches around the firepit.  This picture was taken between the trees down a roughed-out path from the shed toward the pit and Shannon's playset area.
