Our "spring break" Hawaii vacation this year started out with 2 days at the Hilton in Waikoloa Village where we basically sunned and swam in their incredible pools by day and shopped at the Kings Shops by night.  The main pool (waterfalls, big slide, poolside dining, etc) was almost intolerably cold ... so most of our swim time was spent in the sandy bottomed "kiddie" pool and a few of their larger side pools.
