This was our daily Paris walk to the Metro subway, our gateway to Paris and all the attractions.  The apartment we rented was in Invalides, about 10 minutes from the golden gilded Pont Alexandre III arch bridge connecting Invalides with the Champs-Elysees and the Eiffel Tower sections of Paris.
