Patricia Katherine (Turpeinen) Jenkins Patricia Katherine Jenkins, 69, of Bremerton died Oct. 25, 1997, in Bremerton. She was born July 31, 1928 in Astoria, Ore.  She graduated from Astoria high School in 1946 and attended Oregon State University for two years. On October 28, 1950, she married Billie S. Jenkins in Ilwaco. She was a homemaker. She is survived by her husband; one son, Bill Jr. of Tacoma; two daughters, Holly Segerman of Silverdale and Nora Steffens of Seattle; two sisters, Kathleen Sturgeon of Bremerton and Maria Turpeinen of Salem, Ore; five brothers, Bob Turpeinen of Palm Springs, Calif., Carlos Turpeinen of Portland, Ore., Rudy Turpeinen of Vancouver, John Turpeinen of McMinnville, Ore., and Ray Turpeinen of Hayward, Calif; six grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Visitation will be 1 to 7 p.m. Oct. 29 at Miller-Woodlawn.
