Sybil Irene (Rankins) Jenkins (Age 82) On Wednesday, July 24, 1991, wife of the late Temple Jenkins, mother of Bill Jenkins of Bremerton, WA, Jack Jenkins of Campbell, CA, and R. C. Jenkins of Elkridge, MD, Shirley T. Jones of Seaford, DE.  Also survived by two half brothers, Everett Rankins of Tracy, CA and Robert Rankins of McKinney, TX, eight grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.  Relatives and friends may call at BEALL-EVANS FUNERAL HOME P. A., Route 450 and Racetrack Road, Bowie, MD, Saturday and Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., where service will be held Monday, July 29 at 11 a.m.  Interment Ft. Lincoln Cemetery.
