Royce Clifton "RC" Jenkins JENKINS, ROYCE CLIFTON "R.C." (Age 62) Died July 11, 2003, at his home in Delaware.  He is survived by his wife, Alice Jane Jenkins; three children, Lorie, Darlene and son Clifton; two grandchildren, Brandon and Dakota Marie; two brothers, Bill Jenkins of Washington State and Clyde Jenkins of California; and beloved sister, Shirley and brother-in-law Lawrence Jones, also of Delaware.  A small memorial service will be held at the Elks Lodge, 6700 Kenilworth Ave., Riverdale, MD on Thursday, July 17, from 7 to 9 p.m.  No flowers please.
