Victoria is the capital of British Columbia. Scott and I go over and find that Parliament is currently in session. After passing through security, we sit in the session and hang for a while listening to the government officials and about 25 representatives of the BC Teachers Union argue the terms of their new contract. The BC Teachers are on strike with each district taking one strike day at a time, in order to keep from totally overwhelming all the parents across the Province.
